Who we are
Anchor & Bridge was formed in response to years of repeated requests by families and schools made to each of the founders, to coach parents and staff needing someone who sees them, meets them in the trenches, and leads them to brighter days.
Our mission is to equip parents, caregivers, professionals, and community providers to foster steady growth and meaningful results in children and youth by blending timeless wisdom and accountability with today’s tools for compassionate connection.
Our work addresses root dynamics—including parenting styles, trauma history, routines, discipline systems, family roles, school and community influences, and the mental-health or medical factors that shape daily functioning—through confidential, judgement-fee, relationship-centered coaching.
Anchor & Bridge founders combine 85+ years’ leadership experience, with consultants who are highly vetted experts in:
Parent and Caregiver support, youth development, and family counseling
Psychology
Special Education
Trauma-informed care
Behavioral and Mental Health Systems
Family Systems
Social Services
Juvenile Justice
We support both parents and professionals—closing the gaps that most companies leave open. Our team blends lived experience with high-level professional expertise; we’ve held the roles, navigated the systems, and lived through the challenges families face. We understand crisis, complexity, and nuance. Our approach is relational, culturally attuned, practical, and rooted in faith. Every family and team receives personalized tools and a long-term plan for real, sustainable change not just surface-level behavior tips.
